Devlin Mechanical were awarded the mechanical services subcontract for this office refurbishment project, located at 90 Lisburn Road, Belfast (Elmwood Exchange). The project involved remodeling of the internal spaces on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors to provide office accommodation for the Medical, Health and Life Sciences Faculty of QUB. The project involved coordination and liaison with the existing ground floor and fourth floor tenants (Starbucks and RLA).
Our works included modifications to the existing heating, plumbing, soils & wastes, ventilation and building management (BMS) systems. We also installed new supply and extract ventilation to newly formed kitchen areas and hub room. An existing air conditioning unit was relocated to the hub room to provide cooling.
This project is one of the many Belfast office refurbishment projects we have completed in recent years.
