- Biomass Heating and associated plant
- Mechanical Controls
- Smoke Ventilation
- Pool Plant
- Non-domestic mechanical plant (including heavy pipe)
All properties are located within Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council area. The properties range from small public conveniences to leisure centres and civic centres.
