In 2020 Devlin Mechanical completed the refurbishment of an existing building on the Strand Road in Derry. This has become home to a new specialist dental surgery for Mulgrew Orthodontics.
The project comprised the refurbishment of the ground floor Reception and Offices, creation of Surgery Areas, X-Ray Room, Specialist Treatment Rooms, Staff Room, Toilets Facilities and Plant Room.
The project included the following works:
Removal of existing mechanical redundant services and modifications of some existing mechanical services
New Plant Room including boiler plant
Natural Gas
LTHW Hot Water Heating
Plumbing Installation
Above Ground Drainage
Sanitaryware (including specialist dental sinks)
Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
Toilet and Store Extract Ventilation Systems
Air Conditioning Systems
Compressed Air and Vacuum Installation
BMS System
