Following on from our refurbishment project at 90 Lisburn Road, Belfast, we were awarded the contract to refurbish the office building next door. Our work took place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of 92-96 Lisburn Road. We replaced the boilers on each floor with Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i system boilers. We carried out heating, plumbing and ventilation modifications throughout as required. A new air conditioning system was installed to provide cooling to a newly formed hub room. This project started in August 2017 and was completed in September 2017. The remodeled and refurbished offices will house QUB staff.
